Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She's a writer as well as a health and fitness expert, talk show host, and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Model and comedienne. And most importantly the mom and wife! Perpetual Motion should be her nickname. Marilu Henner's whole life is an evidence of the strength of her attitude to health. She believes you can achieve anything with good health. But it wasn't always that way. When she was in her teenage years, she began to do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight gain. She always felt sick, and she ate emotionally. She was aware that, when her parents were dying in their forties, her mother of ailments caused by arthritis as well as her father of a cardiac arrest--that she needed to be proactive about her overall health. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop a lifestyle that would maximize the capacity of our bodies to function.
